Our statement

Fadefain Ltd falls below the turnover threshold at which the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement. We publish one voluntarily, because the standard matters to us and to the health systems and pharmaceutical companies we work with.

Our business and supply chain

Fadefain is a specialist advisory practice working at the intersection of pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers. Our work is delivered by a small senior team and named associates. Our supply chain is short and low risk: professional services, IT and hosting, travel and accommodation, and office services. We buy no manufactured goods at scale and operate no complex international supply chains.

Where the risk sits

We assess our inherent exposure to modern slavery as low. The most plausible exposure sits in indirect services such as travel, accommodation and facilities, where risk is managed primarily by the providers themselves. We remain alert to it rather than complacent about it.

What we do

• We engage associates directly, on written terms, and confirm the right to work before any engagement begins.
• We expect the suppliers we use to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to run their own businesses to the same standard, and we would end a relationship that fell short.
• Concerns can be raised with any director in confidence and will be acted on.
• We review this statement annually.
