About

About Fadefain

Fadefain is a specialist advisory practice. We work downstream, at the intersection of pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers, bridging the gap between approval and successful real-world delivery. We exist because there is significant value for patients and for society still to be won when pharma and health systems work together well, and too little of it is.

Where we sit

The space no one owns

A large share of a product's forecast value leaks downstream of access, in adoption and implementation, when the delivery system cannot absorb the change. Advisers to pharma stop at the hospital entrance; advisers to the system rarely understand a launch. The work in between is real, costly and largely unowned. That is the space we occupy, and we occupy it at senior depth across many markets.

The company

The practice

We are deliberately focused on where we can have most impact. We do not try to be all things to all people. We work hands-on with international pharmaceutical companies across the world at a country and territory level. We have been trading for five years and are now investing in a period of rapid expansion.

The team

The people you meet do the work

No one person holds everything the work needs. It draws on several kinds of senior experience at once.

From pharma

Commercial and medical

Commercial and medical leadership from pharma.

From the delivery system

Hospital services

People who have run hospital services.

Specialist depth

Pathways, change, data

Specialists in pathways, change and data.

We build the team for each engagement from people who have done the work, not just advised on it. The team a client meets is real, named and accountable for the result. What stays constant is the method, the standards and the bar.

The relationship

How we work with clients

We work as a partner, not a supplier. We are senior, discreet, and we stay close to the client's team throughout, claiming only what we demonstrably add.
